This is makes a great sweet and savory appetizer or a great snack for adults and kids!

- Medjool dates, pits removed (or any kind of dates)
- Goat cheese, room temp
- Finely chopped basil
- Let goat cheese sit out for 5 min or so.
- Rinse dates.
- Scoop goat cheese into the date and top with basil.
- If goat cheese is too strong for you, mix ricotta and goat cheese together for a more mild flavor.
