You can also top the popsicles with dark chocolate and bee pollen for some beautiful decoration once you pop them out of their molds, but these things are completely optional. - 2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- chia pudding (optional)
- pinch sea salt
- Blend all ingredients and pour into popsicle molds! Freeze overnight and enjoy the next day!
