1/2-1cupfrozen wild bluberriescan use any frozen blueberries but wild has more nutrients
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour into your favorite glass or to-go cup.
Notes
This makes enough to fill a large Yeti type cup or 2 pint glasses. You can also make this before you head to work or out for the day and save it for later in a temperature controlled cup
