I used to be an emotional eater and tried countless diets.
After struggling with diets in my early 20s, I finally figured out how to fuel my body the right way—while still enjoying the foods I love. I made peace with food and my body, built lasting habits, and now I want to help you do the same.
I'm also a mom to two, energetic boys who keep me on my toes, so I understand how hard it can be to take care of a family, work and try to find time to exercise, eat well, sleep and all the other things the wellness industry tells us to do.

The most significant overall change I have noticed is that the voice inside my head is much kinder and gentler, which has helped me have a better, more honest relationship with food, the scale, and my clothes. The negative energy running rampant in my head has taken a major back seat, and the new skills I have learned have allowed me to give myself grace and compassion.
