Energizing Protein Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup water or coconut milk, almond milk
- 1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein powder I like Promix, Truvani,
- 1 tsp spirulina or 1 handful of spinach
- 1 TBSP almond butter or an all natural nut/seed butter
- 1/2 banana
- 1 handful frozen strawberries
- 1/2-1 cup frozen wild bluberries can use any frozen blueberries but wild has more nutrients
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into your favorite glass or to-go cup.
